Pack with Care
Place the unplayed shaft back in its original protective sleeve and shipping tube to ensure it is not damaged during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the shaft has not been cut, gripped, or installed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
